911 Titanium Exhaust

By utilising the latest CFD modelling techniques, TXR have re-designed the latest Porsche 911 exhaust muffler to improve both sound and performance* of the car. By utilising ultra lightweight titanium across the whole centre muffler, aweight saving of 60% is achieved versus the OEM stock option.

Through gas flow optimisation, the design allows the exhaust gases to be more free flowing from the engine to the exit, which in turn responded with a recorded 10% power increase* vs stock without any need to modify the OPF or ECU. With stage 2 mapping** along with the TXR Exhaust, test vehicles have achieved power output increases close to 600bhp (as featured on the CARWOW YouTube Channel)

The exhaust system is fitted with full titanium exhaust flap valves from Helical Technology, assembled with Inconel 625 butterfly flap and spindle, designed to work with high temperature, supercar applications, as well as a bespoke, high torque drive motor, which is fully compatible with the OEM valve protocols.
